We believe in conducting systematic training which is measurable and achievable with smart resources, inventories and people,
Our Methodology to conduct any training is to first create awareness regarding the need to undertake this training
We also take a Pretest Exam / Pre Assessment exam to find the current status of the student
We then complete the counselling of the student to understand their personal goals
We try to find out how we can match their personal goals and professional goals to undertake this training with us
Actual Training is then conducted by Activity Based Training programmes
Reqular assesment tests are taken at several intervals to check the progress of the students and then a final assessment is conducted to map the competency of the students with the required skill sets for a particular job
