LMC Chairman’s Message
It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you all to MKSSS, Centre for Skills Development, Pune (CSD). The institute was established in 2018 to groom students from an industry perspective. The Centre for Skills Development is constantly putting its best effort to maintain and provide ample opportunities for students to enhance their skills and develop their employability skills. CSD is exceptional for its value, need and skill-based education. Here, at CSD the students gain an understanding, discover various training programmes, and strengthen themselves.
The mission of CSD is to offer in-house professional courses to the girl students along with their regular studies. To help the girls to tap their potential and develop earning skills with learning. To enable lifelong learning skills to the deprived underprivileged women in society. To work towards women’s empowerment and financial freedom to successfully meet the challenges of competitive work life and inculcate in them the art of true living.We at CSD focus on the overall development of our girl students and their ability to learn multidimensional work skills and life skills education by giving them new sets of visions to achieve their goals.I welcome you all to this institute and assure you of a fostering and caring environment that will see you grow into an empowered human being.

The world we live in is currently witnessing what we call the Knowledge Era, where computers and communication skills have become necessities of life. For the development of the same we at MKSSS Centre for Skill Development provide an environment conducive to active learning, employability skills and personal growth with state of art enabled infrastructure.
Over the years, we at CSD have been focusing on enhancement, upskilling, empowerment, and imparting training to create an employable future generation, adaptable and competitive. Our special identity lies in the wide-ranging education that we offer to all kinds of women students – those with special attention, first-generation learners as well as students coming to us from different parts of the city from different strata of the society.
For which as the Director of Centre for Skill Development I appeal to the students to develop their communication skills, interpersonal skills and soft skills which would enable them to stand out with their heads up in the world outside. They would be able to face with courage and confidence the challenges that confront them in their areas of learning.
We here at CSD infuse the 4C’s of success i.e., Critical thinking, Communication, Collaboration and Creativity in all our educational practices enabling our students to better meet the dynamics of a global work environment.
Any country to get developed needs promising industries and industry needs skilled manpower. Skilling helps to complete the assigned task efficiently and in specific time. Here at CSD we through our pocket friendly course try to make the students corporate ready.
Thus, our institute’s unique curriculum provides technology-based programs to match each student’s ambitions and abilities. As a well-known and responsible brand in the education sector; we prepare need based modules and train the students and corporate people from different sections of the society and thus contribute towards upliftment of the society and our nation.
We, here at MKSSS CSD have a talented, dedicated, caring team of staff, each of whom works very hard to ensure that the abilities of the students in our care and carefully developed. The institute is committed to provide continuous support and encouragement for the students having innovative ideas for initiating start-ups.
As the Director I, feel privileged to be leading the Centre for Skill Development with a history of preparing the best minds to compete locally and globally.
As the Chinese philosopher Lao-tzu said: ‘A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step’.
And my dear students you have taken that step already…
